On January 1, 2007, Patio Enclosures, Inc. announced the appointment
of Kenneth S. Sekley as its President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr.
Sekley succeeded Robert J. Schneider, who will continue as
non-executive Chairman of the company.

Mr. Sekley joined Patio Enclosures, Inc. in 2004 as its President and
Chief Operating Officer. He previously held senior management positions
with ICI/Glidden Paints, LESCO, Inc. and American Cyanamid. He holds an
MBA from Harvard Business School and a chemical engineering degree from
Princeton University.
Mr. Schneider was a guiding force for almost the entire history of
Patio Enclosures, Inc. and was instrumental in driving the firm to a
leadership position in the sunroom industry.
