Patio Enclosures, Inc. the largest manufacturer and installer of sunrooms in North America has announced that Craig Cox has been elected as the new CEO & President of the company.
Mr. Cox began his career at Patio Enclosures, Inc. as Director of Engineering in 1999 and in 2002 became Vice President of Manufacturing. He was elected to the Board of Directors in 2007. As a board member and Vice President of Manufacturing, Mr. Cox has been involved with the strategic initiatives of the company and the Board felt he was the person to lead the company through this transition and into the future.
Kenneth Sekley tenured his resignation as CEO and President of Patio Enclosures, Inc. as a result of personal and family circumstances. Mr. Sekley will function as a consultant to Mr. Cox and the Board of Directors during the transition.
Additionally, Tony Bouquot was named Vice President of Manufacturing. Mr. Bouquot joined Patio Enclosures, Inc. in 1997 in the Engineering and became Director of Engineering in 2002. Bouquot is the current President of the National Sunroom Association.
The Board also announced the addition of Frederick “Van” Reames, President of Reamco, Inc. to the Board of Directors of Patio Enclosures. Mr. Reames has owned and operated Reamco Inc. a sunroom franchisee of Patio Enclosures since 1980 in Woodbridge, VA. Reamco also operates a franchise location in Ashland, VA.
