Selecting The Right Commercial Glass, Commercial Solarium Glass & CSP Glass

How do you select the right commercial glass for your Commercial Solarium?
When selecting commercial glass for your commercial solarium you should consider the following factors: aesthetics, structural strength, building code requirements, planned use of space, exposure, the control of heat loss/gain and owner preferences. By following this list of factors you will be able to narrow down your choices and select the right commercial solarium glass for your project.

Will I be able to find these factors in CSP glass?
Yes. CSP offers our clients a variety of insulated commercial solarium glass and tint options to satisfy any applications. Our 1" Insulated Commercial Glass Units IGU are utilized in our Commercial Solariums. To increase thermal efficiency, Argon Gas is used to fill the air space.

Our insulated commercial solarium glass units are HIGS (Harmonized Insulating Glass Standard) rated, the highest rating provided by the Insulated Glass Certification Council.

What kind of spacers does CSP glass have to offer?
Warm Edge Spacer: Our state-of-the-art Warm Edge technology Super-Spacer® is utilized to increase efficiency and performance of insulated commercial solarium glass, and is dual sealed. All flat glass IGU's are processed at our manufacturing facilities, ensuring complete quality control.
Dual Seal: Our dual sealing process consists of a primary seal of polyisobutylene, that seals each lite to the spacers, ensuring long life. A secondary seal of polyurethane is applied to the IGU to provide moisture protection.
Tempering: CSP glass utilizes a state-of-the art tempering facility to allow the specifier an unlimited selection of tempered glass options. You can expect faster, more direct delivery times and higher quality control than previously available in the sunroom industry. Commercial roof glass is laminated to comply with applicable codes.
