Once you have decided to build, your project will go through three phases of construction:
Phase 1: Pre-build
(Going over the detailed site measurements, obtaining city building permits, site preparation, and ordering of materials)
Phase 2: Manufacturing and Delivery
Phase 3: Installation
Throughout these phases of construction, our team of professionals will keep you informed, so you always know what our team is doing and what phase they are in. We don’t want you to encounter any surprises along the way.
Our team of professional installers is trained and certified by Patio Enclosures, Inc. to provide you with 100% quality workmanship. Also, our professional installers are highly experienced builders who are all employees of Patio Enclosures, Inc. -- not hired sub-contractors.
